Please note that if you wish to cancel:
Regular events: Accommodation and Event Entry:
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before a planned event, 90% of the total bill will be refunded.
- Less than 24hrs before the event, 50% of the total bill will be refunded.
- After the date of the event/accommodation and a non-appearance, no money will be refunded
For larger planned events - (Halloween Party, International Swingrs etc.) Accommodation and entry to event
- Cancellation less than a week or more before an event/accommodation, 90% of the pre-booked amount
- Cancellation within one week of the event and more than 3 days before the event, 50% of the prepaid amount
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the event, NO refund will be given for accommodation and entry
- Cancellation should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org from the same email address that the original booking was made
- Cash payments will only be made when they have made in cash, for example during a visit to the club
- Please note for the sake of security and discretion we do not make refunds into accounts that the original payments were made or third party accounts
- A one-off change of date to another one within a 3 month period can be made (via email) as long outside of the one week timescale as per the above
